My New Curtains!

Okay, so the past few weeks I have been making curtains for our apartment. I finally finished them and they turned out better than I thought they would. Shirley and Skyler helped me pick the material out from True Value and this is the final product!! Now I can't wait to get rugs for the floor!!

Comin' Home From Work!

So I get home from work today to find Turk and Farley in a serious game of basketball on the playstation. They were dirty from head to toe and yelling at each other over the video game. If you look close you can see all the dirt on their shirts from laying sod. It was funny! They were like two little boys.

They wouldn't even comment on me taking the pictures cause they were so into the game.

Mother's Day!!

We went to Tabiona for Mother's Day and had a HUGE meal with lotsa people on Sunday afternoon. It was fun! My grandma's and their husbands were there, my Unlce Ted and his daughter Teisa, my Aunt Dorene and her son Weston, and my whole family. It was great! I am so thankful for my mom and Shirley. They are both amazing people and mean so much to Far and I. Our lives are blessed because they are in them.

1- A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens -- yes the book, I always have a book and this is probably one of my favorites that I can read over and over, so why not carry it with me.

3- Two packs of gum -- one pack with 5 pieces, the other with 1 piece

4- A little bottle full of all kinds of medicine

5- Hand Sanitizer -- I see too many runny noses everyday, this is a must have

6- Cabela's pocket knife/pliers -- I use this at least weekly

7- Nail files -- I use these weekly also

8- Chap stick

9- Yahtzee game

10- Tissues

11- Tampon

12- 5 pens

13- Two Sharpies -- one silver, one black

14- A new pencil that isn't even sharpened

15- Mechanical pencil

16- Wallet

18- Breath mints

Happy 24th Birthday Farley!!

Yesterday was Farley's birthday!! We went to the Jazz game and watched them beat the Rockets in the first round! It was a lot of fun! They had 20,000 ballons just for Farley's birthday! Ha ha~
