Christmas!

Merry Christmas! Christmas is so much fun with kids. Even though Colee is still way too young to understand what is going on, it was still super fun. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas as well! Here are a few pictures, enjoy!

I have to say all the snow was great! I love snow. Especially around Christmas. Hope you all are having a great holiday!

Life Around Here

Sorry, no pictures. But we did move in to our house! It is so wonderful. I finally finished unpacking today. We are so blessed. Colee also hit her 7 month mark this week. She weighs in at 23.5 lbs! We definitely miss very few meals at our house. Colee can pull herself to her knees from a sitting position in her crib and downs a 4 oz. bottle of veggies for dinner ever night. She continues to grow and is the happiest little munchkin ever! Pictures will be coming soon...hopefully.

Tree for All!

We went to the Tree for All last night and all I can say is..."lotsa people!!" We wanted to see Santa, but he was busy with the other 3,000 Blanding residents, so we settled on just looking around. It was fun to talk to people we usually don't see. I loved all the booths! People are so talented. There is one thing I didn't understand about the whole event...where were all the trees?

Colee and I went back to the Tree for All this morning to see Santa!!! We walked in and he was waiting for us. Colee sat right down and tried to rip his beard off! He gave her a candy cane and when we walked away Colee had her candy cane in one hand and 5 hairs from Santa's beard in the other.

Eating and Walking...Almost

Colee loves baby food!! This picture is of her downing squash while staring in a trance at the television. It was so funny!

Having so much fun in her walker!! I tied yarn to the front of it so when I'm at school and I need to go somewhere I put her in the walker and pull her along! She loves it!!! At her 6 month appointment she weighed over 22 lbs and was 31 and 1/2 inches.

And here is a picture of our house! We should move in next week!

6 Months Old

Our baby girl is 6 months old! Crazy crazy. It feels like last week when I was in the the hospital with her and yet it seems like Colee has been a part of our lives forever. Here is a little about Colee and what she has been up to at 6 months...

*Colee can roll and roll and roll and roll clear across the room, or all the way under my desk at school which she thinks is so funny.
*Colee has been eating baby food for a while now. Her favorites are carrots and sweet potatoes. She doesn't really like peas.
*Colee loves bath time especailly now because she sits in the tub and splashes with everything she has. Her favorite bath toys are the rubber duckies and the shampoo bottle. She has to have the rubber duckies right by her the entire time and then she throws and pushes the shampoo bottle around. If the ducks move she dives for them, which means I have to have quick reflexes.
*Colee still hates getting dressed or undressed.
*Colee has the chubbiest cheeks and they are so much fun to kiss.
*Colee hates cuddling.
*At night or during naps, Colee has to roll on her side and grab the top of the crib bumper. She will scoot and grunt until she can roll and grab the top. She is then okay and usually goes to sleep.
*Colee loves to jabber at anyone who will listen. Her newest "phrase" is bababababababa over and over.
*Colee likes to grab Sadie and pet her. She giggles whenever Sadie licks her. Colee squeals and spazzes out whenever Sadie comes close. If the dog is in the room Colee will just sit there and stare at her.
*Colee loves her walker!! She sits in it after school and pushes herself backwards all around my classroom.
*Colee favorite toys are a paper plate and a plastic cup.

hApPy hAlLoWeEn!!

Colee was a Bronco's Cheerleader for Halloween. I do have to say that she was one cute little cheerleader. Don't worry though, I did have a talk with her about how she is going to play sports and not be a cheerleader. She promised me she would do as I said. We had a blast going trick-or-treating to Gram Margie's, Aunt Jo's, and Aunt Kali's houses. Here are some pics of our night?

Grandma Marg, Daddy, and Colee

Grandma Margie totally hooked us up with candy. She had TONS of it! She is so wonderful. For school, I dressed up like a Chinese Lady. It was so much fun. Forrest went to Hong Kong on his mission and brought back the most gorgeous dresses so I put one on, sprayed my hair black, put makeup on, and headed to school. Not many students dressed up which was a bummer for them. A few of them told me they were way to old for dressing up. I just looked at them and gave them a 'helloooo?' look. I shoulda taken pictures. Hmmmm...next year I guess! How was your Halloween?

House, House, House!

Our house is coming along SO fast! I'm super excited! We have the move in date of November 25, but since the snow last week we have lost a few days. As long as we move in before Christmas I will be happy!!

These pictures were all taken the last week in October. The second one from the bottom is the view from my kitchen window! Isn't it great!?

This weekend Zeb and Hilary drove up from Arizona! It was so much fun to have them here! I took some pictures of Camden and Colee together and they are two of the cutest babies in the world!!

All the guys went hunting Saturday morning and arrived back with a nice four point. Us girls just hung out and played with the little ones. It was a nice weekend!
